Paula is a wine educator and promoter with 25 years experience. She is an Associate Wine Judge, Occasional 4BC Radio's Wine Commentator and a wine educator with "EWine" ( a group which inclues Peter Scudamore-Smith MW and Andrew Corrigan MW).

She is treasurer of the Wine Press Club QLD and member of The Wine Guild of Australia, Queensland Inc. Paula is a Polo Club Wine Committee member and has taught trade education courses for Wellers, Liquorland and Vintage Cellars.

Paula has represented many Australian and International wine companies as a dinner speaker and promoter. Paula is a regular presenter in the taste theatre at Wine Australia since 1996. She recently presented in the Masterclass Theatre at Wine Australia in 2006. In recent years she has acted as a convention and exhibition organiser for wine-related events including the West Australian Wine Exhibition, Master of Wine Workshop, ASWE Convention & Brisbane Fine Wine Festival Since 2001 . Paula has written articles for Wine Selector Magazine, The Sunday Mail Appetite Magazine and Grape Escapes and Quest Newspaper.

Paula was the Queensland Winner of the Negociants Fellowship for 2001 and has been a regular participant at the Institute of Masters of Wine Summer Schools and Training Weekends since 1996.
