Discover the three main methods of producing Sparkling Wine. Taste the Dry & Sweet Sparkling Wines of Italy, The Dry Cava of Spain and the Cremant Wines of the Loire & Burgundy. Compare these with Wines of the Grand Houses of Champagne. We’ll taste the Sparkling Wines from different Australian Regions, including the best of Tasmania.

We’ll learn about the methods of producing Dessert table Wines and Fortified Wines. Taste the difference between Botrytis, Cane Cut and Late Picked, and finish with Liqueur Muscat. The dessert wines will be matched to dessert options.
